This Privacy Policy explains what data Beary Berry Jam ("the App", "we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. Beary Berry Jam is a mobile match-3 puzzle game developed by an independent developer. We built this policy to reflect exactly what the App does – not a generic template.

Beary Berry Jam is intended for players aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has used the App and provided us with personal data, please contact us at help@bbjg.app and we will address it.
Your game progress, star ratings, unlocked levels, purchased pet skins, and sound settings are saved locally on your device only. This data is not linked to your identity, is not sent to us or to any server, and is not associated with an account – the App does not have accounts, sign-in, or a cloud save feature. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
The App may show optional "watch an ad for a reward" videos, delivered through a third-party ad mediation service (ironSource/LevelPlay), which in turn may work with several advertising networks to select and display ads. To do this, these services may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, or Google Advertising ID on Android) and technical information such as device type, operating system, and general (non-precise) region, used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
These services may also collect information about how ads are shown and interacted with (for example, whether a video ad was viewed), ad performance data, and technical diagnostic data (for example, about ad loading errors or ad quality checks), which they use to operate, measure and secure advertising.
Before any ad-related data is used, the App shows a consent screen the first time you play, asking whether you agree to personalized ads based on your advertising identifier. If you decline, the App works exactly the same – you may simply see less relevant ads. You are only asked once; you can change your answer later in your device's privacy settings, or write to us with any questions at help@bbjg.app.
On iOS, the App will additionally request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any such identifier is used for tracking.
On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier, or opt out of personalized ads, from your device's Google settings at any time.
The App uses AppsFlyer (AppsFlyer Ltd.) to measure which promotion led to an installation, for example when you open the App through a promotional link or QR code. AppsFlyer may receive your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, or Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device type, operating system version, and information about app installs and in-app events. This is done only after you answer the consent screen shown on your first launch. If you decline personalized ads, AppsFlyer runs in anonymous mode and does not receive your advertising identifier. On iOS, AppsFlyer additionally waits for your answer to Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice at any time in your device's privacy settings (on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android: Settings > Google > Ads). If you choose to buy in-game currency or a pet skin, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not see, collect, or store your payment card number or billing details – the store provider handles this in line with its own privacy policy.
If this changes in a future update (for example, if we add analytics or a cloud-save feature), we will update this policy before that update is released, and will highlight the change here.

Because the App does not use accounts, most of your data (game progress, settings) exists only on your own device – deleting it is as simple as uninstalling the App. For anything related to advertising, attribution or purchase data, contact us at help@bbjg.app and we will help, or direct you to the relevant third party (Apple, Google, AppsFlyer, or our ad mediation provider) where the data is held.
Our advertising, attribution and app-store partners may process data outside of your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is governed by those partners' own privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves – for example, when we re-enable advertising, add in-app purchases, or introduce new features that involve data. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
